Italian Bakery was my very first job, years ago. I have since lived near and far and every time I would come to visit, Italian Bakery was a for sure stop. Over the years the menu has grown, which each item as wonderful as the ones before. From the coffee rolls, to their donuts to the italian specialty items, you will never find better then this landmarks for L/A! Congratulations to all the great staff!

I have been a customer for over 15 yrs and I have never had anything bad from there. The girls are super, the service is great and the food is outta this world. They make the best Real Italian in L/A.

I live in NYC now, where “authentic Italian” is in abundance, and whenever I am home in Lewiston I go to the Italian Bakery for actual authentic Italian treats. There is nothing like it and I am so happy it is still in the family.

The Italian bakery has the best everything ! I’ve had nothing but delicious food, from meat pies to pastries. The staff is very friendly, and they run like a well oiled machie.

The Italian Bakery has always made exceptional baked goods for as long as I can remember. The donuts are amazing and their puff pastries, cream rolls and limoncello desserts are beyond compare. Family owned and operated by residents of our community, this establishment and its owners/employees deserve this award many times over.

I now live out of state but travel back home often. I always make a stop at the Italian bakery. We love the Nepolians. They would be our favorites. I love everything. But I remember the bean special on Saturdays as a kid our parents would send us to get them. Their sandwiches are also good. When I do go I try to get some to take on the plane to bring back home to Florida. Also if anyone is coming down we will ask for nepolians and Bismarcks . Hope you have that store right there in that place forever

The Italian Bakery has been a staple in our town for decades and is hands down the best in the area. It’s hard to pass the bakery without stopping. It has been family owned and operated since it opened and if you’re looking for delectable, over the moon pastries and bread you won’t be disappointed!

I am such a fan of Italian Bakery because I have had many of their bakery items and there is nothing I have tried that I didn’t like. Everything is fabulous and never was disappointed there. The best beans and salmon pie in this area also. I am a true fan.

I have been going to this bakery weekly for years. All the staff are friendly and most remember just the way I like my orders. Their bakery items are delicious and they have a large assortment to choose from. Whether you like cookies, donuts, cakes, pastries or pies, you can find it here. There is no other bakery around like this bakery. Everything is fresh daily and delicious. They are #1 in my book.

The Italian Bakery is by far the best bakery around. Their donuts and cookies are too good to resist, and their pies and quiche are a taste of the home cooked meals at my grandparents house as a kid. Their baked beans with pork are the only ones I will ever eat. And on top of all this goodness, the employees treat us like family whenever we stop in. If I ever leave Maine, the Italian Bakery will be one of the things/places I miss the most!

I along with my family are fans of the Italian bakery because they have the best of the best. My favorite item is the raised coconut donuts. The bismarks are to die for. The teramasu cake is so yummy. They have the best baked beans. Their bread is too good. There is not one thing in that bakery that is not delicious. They truly are the best of the best

The Italian Bakery has long been one of Lewiston’s hidden gems. It is also, perhaps, the best bakery in Maine! The family dedication and love for what they do is found in every product. From bismarks to chocolate frosted raised donuts and their lemon sticks, along with savory favorites like chicken pie and English muffin bread…there is something for everyone! Italian bakery makes the most delicious donuts. They are freshly baked with many flavors to choose from. Their pies are fabolous with many popular flavors. They are a great place to stop by for desserts and rolls to add to your home cooked supper.
