This is a family owned shop who treats its customers like family. The Outer Rim is all about community! The owner Brandon is am awesome human and an incredible mechanic. When no one else can figure out a fix, he can. They keep pricing very reasonable and offer lifetime service on any bike they sell. The staff really know their stuff and won’t sell you a bike just because its in stock if it isn’t a perfect fit for you. Since they service your bike for life, they don’t sell brands that don’t last and work very hard to see that you love your bike and it fits you well. My son is a professional rider and won’t go anywhere else. Love this place!
