I’ve known the Principals of The REAL Bark for many years now, and have seen both sides of this worthy organization, as an adoptive mom and as a foster. This rescue is the REAL thing. In their fundraising, 100% goes to the animals, it’s truly a non-profit organization. This is not a rescue that focuses on the cute fuzzy pups that are easy to adopt out. Instead, they find the pups that have no chance in the shelter system and they promise those pups that they are going to have an amazing new life and time after time, it happens. The throwaways that no one wanted, and no one would take a second look at are doted upon and loved and healed. I can without hesitation say that this is the best little rescue here in Los Angeles. They are indeed my favorite rescue organization. Best of luck to The REAL Bark.. they deserve every accolade that comes their way.
