I started my nursing career with my first RN position at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I was blessed to work in pediatrics and the pediatric ICU. I started grad school a few years later which also took me “back home” after our first child was born. I did a quick stint at Children’s Hospital of WI ICU before graduating with my family nurse practitioner degree. I have worked in family practice the past 15 years and love it. Helping my patients truly speaks to my heart, BUT the COVID and politics of 2021 were so exhausting that my career started to feel like a “JOB” for the first time in my life. I needed to get out of my rut. Someone mentioned learning Botox…and that’s where it all started! Being able to make a difference in my patients lives is very important to me. I am so thankful that aesthetics has provided me with a fulfilling career and passion.
