I was lucky enough to be around when totally baked was starting out. I got to sample a lot of Caarrie\’s creations and I was truly amazed each time I ventured out of my comfort zone. I have told Caarrie on numerous occasions that one of the best moves she ever made was going full time with the bakery. This is definitely her niche in life. The only thing that saddens me is that I have relocated back to Chicago and I can\’t get my Totally Baked fix on the daily.

Totally Baked has the best donuts, rolls, cakes and food. It does not matter if it gluten-free or not it is delicious. The ladies are the best and always have time to chat. I enjoy my visits there.

Delish cakes! I’ve gotten 2 from Totally Baked and not only were they great to look at they tasted amazing! I recently got a package of buns also and they didn’t disappoint!
