Horrible salon…Not a fan at all! The owner should not be a business owner and the rest of the staff have sub-par customer service skills.

My two daughters and I have been going to Urbanity since it opened and it is the best! I always get so many compliments on my hair. They do color better than anyone else in the area and they are always up on the current hair trends.

Had my hair colored by Shannon Daniels. She is a complete professional and the rest of the ladies there were great too! Very relaxed friendly environment. I felt very comfortable there and I am very happy with the result!

Julie does an amazing job with my hair & my daughters hair we all have curly hair my daughter’s is unruly curly and the cut & how she thins it out is AMAZING! She’s like a plastic surgeon for our locks. Not to mention the color
I sit and watch others getting their color over the years and I’m amazed every time. Great salon & great group of women working there

Julie is an amazing colorist! After leaving for a while due to geographic distance, I just could not find anyone who could compare. Having Julie work her magic every 7-8 weeks is well worth the drive!
