I was referred to VCOI by a family friend and I was in shock at well the office staff and vet did with us. They spent time answering my questions and even my 3 kids questions. They took great deal of time to make our puppy feel safe and help us understand all the vaccines and the heart guard meds as prevention. We left there all feeling that we had definitely found a new permanent vet. They are reasonably priced and I just cant Express enough how great the entire staff is.
