I had a cranberry cake for Christmas. It was one of the best cakes I have ever had! The cranberries were soaked overnight in sugar water. They were plump, juicy and had just the right balance of sweetness and tartness. They were on top of the cake. The cake itself was moist and delicious. The icing was minimal, which is what I like (too much icing physically makes my teeth hurt). It was a sublime confection and I would love to have it again. (And it\’s really good with a cup of coffee.)

The cake Mrs. Lescarini made for my daughter’s 1st birthday was absolutely gorgeous. She even made a separate smash cake- a cute little toadstool- to match our fairy theme. I’m not normally a fan of cake, and neither were a few of my guests, but as soon as we tasted her white cake layered with fruit filling, we were all converted. Not to memtion the frosting was to die for! ❤️❤️❤️Whisk!

Whisk did an AMAZING job with my wedding cake. Shannon was professional and helpful, and we were so happy with the result. Not only was it delicious, it was beautiful. I also had her make my sister’s baby shower cake, and that turned out great as well! She really takes the time to understand every client’s needs. I would absolutely recommend her.

Whisk cakes are not only beautiful but also delicious. The best strawberry cake on town and I am a total cake snob! Shannon is fantastic and professional and takes care of her clients to make sure every need and detail is perfect. I will use her for every cake need I have from here on out.

Shannon’s cakes are amazing! She did an incredible job with our wedding cake. It looked beautiful and tasted great!! Everyone loved the cake. It was the highlight of our reception. Shannon also made a cake for my friend’s PhD dense; it was so beautiful that it brought my friend to tears. She is definitely an artist! 🙂

#1 reason I am a HUGE fan of Chef Lescarini is because not only are the cakes just pure perfections of art, but they are the best cakes I have ever tasted! So often bakers worry too much about appearance and short customers on taste and it makes you wish you had just ordered Styrofoam! Whisk is the only bakery I will use for any dessert needs. She is also prompt to return calls!

Shannon did a wonderful job with my daughters “dairy free” wedding cake! Not only was it beautiful, it was moist and very delicious! A year and a half later Shannon made a delicious cake for her baby shower! It too was dairy free! I would recommend Shannon to all my friends and family!
