William, the owner has been doing my hair for over 10 years! My son who is now 12 has also been going since he was one! You are a,ways made feel welcome p, first class service and feel like part of the family!

I feel at home at William’s salon! It’s an amazing place where the staff makes all of the effort to really make you feel comfortable and ensure you have a great experience. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and I enjoy every time I visit the salon. William and his staff always take the time to listen to my concerns and understabd what I want for my hair but most importantly what I need. William will never compromise the health of my hair! I love everyone there and its a great place to unwind and relax.

They are my Cuban family not just my salon people. From the moment almost 4 years ago when I first started going there the staff were so welcoming. I have never been in a business that is as special as this place. William and all of the staff are just AMAZING. they always ensure each and every customer is treated with the same level of respect and care. I have referred many friend and family because of this. My daughter was a flower girl and had her hair done by William for the first time as we usually see Karelia. He gave her a wonderful pep talk and let her know how beautiful she looked and how she was so Amazing sitting for so long. (She is only 8) I could go on forever about so many wonderful memories . I would refer a stranger and have. William Tessert Salon and spa is the best Ontario has to offer.

William Tissert Salon and Spa arent just people. They are family. From the minute you enter the store they have open arms and an open heart. They know how to turn a gloomy rainy day into a fabulous day any way!
I have never wanted to go anywhere else to have my hair done since i started coming here 4 years ago. Here is to many more years of success and family.

I spent years trying to find a good salon in west Durham. Four years ago I decided to give William a try and I’ve never looked back. The staff are so friendly and I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. They use only the best products and my hair always looks amazing when I step out the door.

They are the most talented stylists and colourists.
They are professionals but are also incredibly thoughtful, sweet and and have so much fun with their clientele.
They actually care about hair and won\’t do anything to damage it.

I\’ve been coming to the salon to see Karelia for a little over a year now. Everyone in the salon is always smiling, welcoming and very helpful. Everyone shares the duties of the salon so you are never waiting to have your coat taken or to be shampooed. Everyone refers to you by your name, and it\’s such a close staff that the atmosphere is always friendly and light. I would recommend the salon to anyone who is looking for a stylist.
